In today’s energy and nuclear sectors, workforce demographics are shifting rapidly. Experienced professionals are retiring, while younger generations are stepping in with fresh ideas but less institutional knowledge and operating experience. This generational shift creates a risk: the potential loss of critical skills and expertise. How do we bridge this gap seamlessly? One solution can be found in an unlikely place—the military.
